In a historic move aimed at accelerating global development, His Excellency Ambassador Ekramy El Zaghat, President of the World Fund for Development and Planning (WFDP), has signed a strategic funding agreement with His Highness David Joseph Jeremiah, Chief Executive Officer and 1st Trustee of US Capital Private Bank (USCPB), to support WFDP’s international development projects with an unprecedented financial commitment of €100 billion euros in funding resources.
The agreement marks a transformative milestone in global cooperation, underscoring both organizations shared vision for sustainable development, peacebuilding, and economic empowerment across developing regions. The funding will be allocated toward critical sectors including infrastructure, agriculture, education, healthcare, clean energy, and food security — in alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
