Appointed with Diplomatic status by the President and can serve anywhere in the world to help with emergent problems, to conduct special or intensive negotiations, or serve in other capacities, as requested by the President. Dr. Benyahia is the official Envoy at UN Vienna SDG's thematic Sustainable Development Goal 5: Gender equality, and also, he is the official Envoy at the Fifth United Nations Conference on the Least Developed Countries (LDC5) at Doha- State of Qatar where he act at  High-level Thematic Round Table 5 Addressing climate change and supporting the environment.

 Dr. Benyahia served for last 17 years in a Middle east and Asia- Pacific  for a large-scale project ( BOT & DBO) aimed at enhancing the company's production capacity. The project involved multiple workstreams.

Dr. Benyahia manages a substantive area of work of the humanitarian program cycle, with an emphasis on management and analysis of data and information on needs and response to inform collective decision-making. Oversees the development of guidance and tools, the collection of learning and best practice, and the provision of technical field support.

 He leveraged his leadership and team management skills to build a high-performing team that was committed to delivering the project's outcomes.
